An in-depth AP managers console for how staff are performing with Zahara. This plugin displays the metrics to measure a team on. Processing times, approval behaviours and reasons why documents are rejected. Its designed by one of our biggest customers with a great level of thought and is very impressive.

A report containing Purchase Order data including the remaining balance and any matched invoices. This report has been requested by one or more customers and could be useful if you are looking for balance information.

A superb product management plugin that centralises products and allows batch processing and updating. Products are found in side a supplier record in Zahara. This flips that and shows all products in one place alongside their supplier. It's much faster managing products with this plugin.

A more sophisticated importing tool for purchase orders that has profiles and fault tolerance. You can even copy a webhook and set up emailing a CSV of orders into Zahara using something simple like Postmark. Anyone importing a lot of Purchase Orders would benefit from this plugin.

How about the ability to setup repeating purchaser orders? This plugin does that for you. Fine an order from your recent orders, favourite it and then choose to create a clone based on a schedule you choose.

Receives and reads supplier statements and then files them in Zahara, sending an email to the supplier with any exceptions. This is a chargable addon but can save countless hours every month with fast reconcilliation of statements vs what we have in Zahara.

Our next-generation user-management tool. Zahara is still running with our original user management tool. This "hot fix" allows you to create user profiles like "Power Buyer" and apply the permission set to multiple users. It has numberous advanced tools and is perfect for our larger customers.
